Eylene Esparza brings over a decade of experience in client service and wealth management to her role as Client Service Manager at Cerro Pacific Wealth Advisors. With a strong foundation in financial operations and a keen eye for detail, Eylene is known for her client-first approach and dedication to delivering a high-touch, personalized experience. She thrives on building meaningful relationships and ensuring every client interaction is smooth, thoughtful, and aligned with their goals.

Before joining Cerro Pacific, Eylene held positions at EP Wealth Advisors and Wacker Wealth Partners, where she sharpened her skills in financial planning operations, account administration, and relationship management. Her deep understanding of both the technical and interpersonal sides of wealth management makes her an invaluable resource to both clients and colleagues.

Eylene is currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Business with a concentration in Financial Planning and is on track to pursue her CFP® certification. She is passionate about lifelong learning and continuously seeks to grow her expertise to better serve the families and individuals she works with.

A proud Central Coast native, Eylene feels privileged to live and work in the community that shaped her. She resides in Arroyo Grande with her fiancé, Dillon, her two children, Aly and Barrett, and their dog, Charlie. Outside of work, Eylene enjoys cooking, exploring local wineries, reading, and training for half marathons!
